§ 9. ADOPTION, DATE, APPROPRIATION FOR CURRENT EXPENSES.

(A) The Commission shall review the proposed Annual Operating Budget and shall make modifications as it deems advisable. Not later than the last Commission meeting in December, the Commission shall adopt by resolution the Annual Operating Budget for the next fiscal year, and shall provide in such resolution for a levy, if necessary, to be raised by a tax upon real and personal property.
